Oral

Adult: Up to 120 mg daily.
Administration
Should be taken on an empty stomach.
Special Precautions
Glaucoma, prostatic hypertrophy, pyloric stenosis.
Adverse Reactions
Headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, epigastric pain and abdominal discomfort.

Description: Otilonium bromide has spasmolytic action on the smooth muscle of the digestive tract.

Absorption: Very low.
Excretion: Via biliary route.
